Today I reached the seven month mark in my pregnancy. Things have been moving along nicely as far as the pregnancy goes. It's hard to believe our little girl will be here in just two months. Crazy!
I recently had to do a three hour glucose test after I failed the first one. Of course I passed the second test. The exact same thing happened during Lincoln's pregnancy, so I wasn't too nervous about it. The most annoying thing about the three hour test is trying to find someone to take my kids for such a long period. Lucky for my our friend Lacey was nice enough to take them. Plus she even took them to the zoo. Bella and Lincoln were beyond thrilled.
Jeff snapped some belly pictures after church last week.
This little girl is much more active than Lincoln was. She must already be taking after her big sister. I haven't had nearly as much heartburn as I did with Lincoln. I wake up probably three to four times a night, but I figure it's just preparing me for when she gets here. All-in-all this pregnancy has been going really well, with not a lot of hiccups along the way.
And just for fun here are a few funny sayings that the kids have said recently.
* Before Logan started school I gave them apples for lunch. I left the skin on the apples, and Logan was refusing to eat them. I told him that kindergarten kids ate their apple skins. He happily chewed them up. Apparently later that day he was talking to our sweet neighbor (who is in 5th grade). He asked her, "My mom told me that kindergarten kids eat their skin. Is that true?"
* Isabella has been begging to go to the swimming pool. I don't have a maternity swimsuit, so I have to constantly tell her that she needs to wait for her daddy to come home. I guess she was getting inpatient with waiting for her dad to come home, so she decided to take matters into her own hands. She headed over to our neighbor's house (this is the same neighbor Logan talked to) and knocked on their door. She asked Maddie if she could borrow her daddy so she could go to the pool.
* Today at lunch I was trying to get Lincoln to eat a sweet fresh peach. His favorite words are, "Ewe gross!" Well as soon as Bella sat down I handed her a bite of peach. She proudly exclaimed, "Oh yummy!" Wouldn't you know it that after that Lincoln was scarfing down the peaches. The little stinker.

Look'n awful cute! And when Papa and I get there we'll take Bella to the pool. Hopefully she can hang on until then :)
