Crazy Week

Have you ever had one of those weeks? That was last week for us. I had to pack up the rest of our stuff, so Jeff could take it with him when he left. I was thinking I was going to have more time to do it, but read on to see what we did instead (oh the joys of government laws). Jeff was able to get everything stuffed in the moving van with the help of two of his friend. Way to go Jeff, Chris, and Derek! You guys are our heroes. I always tell Jeff that he needs to call the elders quorum to help out, but he never does. I figure Jeff has helped lots of people move, and he shouldn't feel bad for asking for help. I guess it's one of those things like asking for directions when your lost.

Anyway Jeff woke up bright and early Friday morning and headed out. Bella and I have been missing him terribly. I think this will go down in history as the most boring drive Jeff will ever take. Poor guy! Luckily he has been making stops along the way and staying with family. It's been a great relief to know at least he is eating one decent meal a day. He is hoping to get to Maryland sometime between Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Only to then turn around find a place to live, unload the truck, get some what settled, and start work the following Monday. What a guy!

We also found out the day before Jeff had to leave that we had to drive ten hours up to Yakama, WA and get our finger prints renewed for Logan's adoption case. Who knew that our finger prints could 'expire'? Craze government laws! It was nice to be together before Jeff had to leave, but I'm sure he could have thought of a lot of other things he would rather do then get in a car. Oh well, at least we got them done.

Jeff took the computer with him, so sorry in advance for no pictures for the next little while.
