Since there has been an over abundance amount of pictures of our Lincoln, and there will be a huge amount of Logan next month (He is turning 4!!!), I decided to take Isabella out the other day and snap a few pictures of her.
She is definitely all spunk. She laughs, plays, and loves full force. She is becoming much more independent. Her new favorite phrase is, "I do it!"
While she is becoming very independent I still revel the moments when she wants her mommy, and comes running to me for a hug or reassurance.
I love the fact that she is so well rounded in her interests. She loves princess, fairy tales, and dress up ~ on the other hand she loves wrestling with her daddy, playing with trains and cars, and loves to toss around the football.
She is a leader and a go~getter. She likes things to be done on her time frame, and loves telling her big brother what to do.
I think I was worried about the transition for Bella the most, with the new baby coming, but she has done a phenomenal job. She definitely has a mothering instinct. She is quick to help when Lincoln is crying, and tries to make him as comfortable as possible.
When I think about Bella and what she means to me I immediately think about HOPE. She has taught me so much about unconditional love, and has brought so much light and happiness into our home. She came into our lives when I was feeling so much despair, she brought with her a new hope for the future.
We are so excited for fall to get here!
I was telling Jeff just the other day, how it feels like this past winter and summer have lasted forever. I wish spring and fall were the seasons that went on for months and months. I'm really looking forward to apple picking, going to the pumpkin patch, Thanksgiving, and all the other fun activities that come during the fall months. Most of all I'm just overwhelmed at the reality that I get to experience all these activities with four of the most amazing people I have ever met (Jeff, Logan, Isabella, and Lincoln).
Life is good!
