This Little Light Of Mine...

Last Friday Logan had his last day of preschool. We are so proud of him. He came into the school year late because of our move from Maryland. It was really hard for him at the beginning, but by the end of the school year he was chomping at the bit every morning to get out the door and on his way to preschool.
For his last day of preschool we made blueberry muffins, and I put a candle in it for him. I told him congratulations for finishing his first year of preschool. I said he could make a wish, and blow out the candle. When I asked him what he had wished for he told me A MUFFIN! It looks like this little guy has some pretty powerful wishing skills.
For the last day of school they invited all the families to come for a potluck lunch. I was so unprepared for all the festivities. When we walked into the room (late~but that is a whole other story) all the kids and teachers were doing a performance of songs and skits. It was ADORABLE!!! I really wish I would have brought our video camera to record it all. I honestly just thought we were going to a potluck. I guess I will now know to show up more prepared.
Doesn't he look so happy? I love it!

I was so impressed with all the friends that Logan made this year. I had parents coming up to me saying how much their child loved our little Logan. It made me feel so proud that everyone else got to see what a special and loving boy he is.

This is Betsy and her mom told me that everyday Betsy would come home and talk about her favorite friend Logan.
We loved seeing all the people that love him just like we do. One of his teachers told Jeff and I, "I know I'm not supposed to have favorites, but Logan is my favorite."
Silly Faces
Bella wanted to jump in for some silly faces too.
Everyone was so sad to hear that Logan won't be returning next year. I have to be honest I'm a little sad that he wont be able to go back either. I really hope that we find a school in Missouri that he loves just as much.
Logan also recently finished his piano lessons that he has been taking from Brydgette.
Logan has absolutely adored the time that he got to spend with Brydgette, and we are so impressed with everything he has learned.

We sure are grateful for this little light in our lives.
