Today this sweet little boy turned two.
I can't even begin to imagine our lives without him. We waited many
years for him to join our family, but he was definitely worth the wait.
He is showing all signs he is ready to turn two. For instance tonight he got sent to bed early for hitting, and throwing shoes at people. I'm sure glad they all grow out of the terrible two stage.
But for all the mischief he gets into I'm sure grateful that we get to enjoy his amazing little personality and sweet spirit.
He still is willing to give me kisses and some of the best hugs I've ever received. He gives hugs like my Grandpa Wayne did, I guess we named him after the right person.
I love the sound of his little laughter and the smile that lights up a room.
I love that he faces every day with joy, happiness, and perseverance to succeed.
We have been greatly blessed with the opportunity to have him in our family. My heart fills with love and gratetude when I look into his little face.
Happy Birthday sweetheart!
I'm excited to see where the future takes you.
