Happy Thanksgiving

We just got back from Elmira. We spent Thanksgiving day with Jeff's family and we will spend Saturday with my family. Jeff was pretty excited for double turkey days.
We enjoyed football,
good food,
and fun times!
I thought that I should take a few minutes to write down some of the things that I am grateful. It's always helpful to be reminded of the blessings that we have in this life.

10. I'm grateful to live in such a beautiful state. I love all the amazing beauty that is found in Oregon.
9. I'm grateful that Jeff and I have been blessed with good health. I wasn't so sure about this the beginning of the year when I was laying in a hospital bed, but God has been very good to us.
8. I'm grateful that I was raised in a great family who taught me about the gospel. I have wonderful memories, which make life long impressions on my heart.
7. I'm grateful that I was given the opportunity to go on a mission. It still amazes me how often I pull from experiences that I had from that period in my life.
6. I'm grateful for temples and the blessing that I have had this past year being able to work at the Portland temple. It has brought such peace and comfort into my life.
5. I'm grateful for the priesthood, and the great fortune of having a priesthood holder in my home. I have received such peace, comfort, and support from many of the blessings that I have received over this past year.
4. I'm grateful for kind friends. I have been very blessed in my life to have met some extraordinary people. From every friendship that I have gained I have learned something from each person.
3. I'm incredibly grateful for the blessing of having Logan come into our lives. What an amazing little spirit he is. I have already learned so much from him. He is my pure joy in life, and I can't wait for the day that I will get to be a full time mom.
2. I'm extremely grateful for my husband, Jeff. I can't hardly put into words what he means to me, and how blessed I am to have him in my life. He is my world and my everything. I am in awe of him everyday, and his inspiring talents. I don't know what I did to deserve him in my life, but everyday I thank God for giving him to me. Everyday my love for him grows, and I am so grateful that I have eternity to spend with him.
1. I'm grateful for the love that I receive from my Heavenly Father and Christ. I know that all the blessings I have received and will yet receive are from them. Everyday I can see the love that they have for me, and I am eternally grateful.
