The other day we decided to pull the water color books out. Luckily with had the foresight to attempt this project outside. Logan was not to thrilled when Bella decided to plop herself down on his artwork.
This little guy sure has the artistic juices. He LOVES art projects and anything hands on.
(Do you notice the huge scrape on his knee? The first time we went outside in shorts he fell on the sidewalk and got that huge scrape. It seems like that happens every year at the beginning of summer.)
I know I'm a little biased, but I really think my kids have the most amazing and beautiful eyes.
After completing their works of art, we decided to break out the ice cream sandwiches. I think Logan finished his in 3 seconds flat.
Bella on the other hand took her sweet time enjoying and savoring her ice cream sandwich. Notice her little pinkie finger up in the air.
She doesn't want to miss one bite.
Although by the end she was one big mess of paint / ice cream / and adorableness.
They seemed to enjoy the activities. Although I have to admit I was lucky enough to have Jeff home that day, so I could enjoy an extra set of hands during bath time. We should have just washed them off with a hose.

I love how in one picture they are in their underroos and then in the next photos they are in their heavy coats. It looks like you are having wacky weather like us.
Looks like fun. Mimi will have to do some art projects with them when I come.
