My brother Patrick moved to Oregon (from California) three days after we got here. It has been so much fun being able to be around him, and my kids absolutely adore him. He has been making some huge life changes, and I am so proud of him. I love being able to have him around more and see what an amazing man he has become. He is so patient, calm, and gentle (even when he has five little ones climbing all over him). I'm glad that I have been blessed to have such an incredible brother. He is a real inspiration to me, and I'm so glad that my kids will get to have a close relationship with him.
We got to celebrate a late birthday for him.
