Last Sunday we finally had the opportunity of blessing Bella. Jeff did a great job and the blessing was beautiful and perfect. Just like our little Bella. It was such an emotional day, but incredibly enjoyable. I could tell Jeff was getting a little choked up during the blessing. When he finished he sat down with Bella and just held her and cried. It was such a sweet and tender moment.
I also thought Bella looked just gorgeous in her dress. When we were living in Mexico Jeff actually picked it out, and gave it to me for my birthday. I love that it was from Mexico and Bella has a connection with Mexico as well. I was worried that it might not fit her, but I think it fit just perfect.
Some of the things that her blessing touched on was her sweet spirit. It also talked about how Bella was sent to us as a miracle, and she will continue to be a miracle in other people's lives as well. It talked about remembering that she is of great worth to her parents and God.

Her dress is beautiful! My goodness, I think it's better looking than my wedding dress. I'm so happy for you guys, it looks like you're doing great. Your family just keeps getting more and more perfect!
Jeff did do a great job giving the blessing. I even got choked up when he said, "I bless you with all the love a daddy has." Ahhh, so precious. What a wonderful memory for your family!

I am assuming this means that Bella's adoption is finally finalized! Yahoo! She is so beautiful in her blessing dress, I am so glad that it fit her. So when will you be going to the temple to have them sealed to you? That will for sure be a special day. If it is at the Portland Temple, I would love to take pictures of you guys in white (for free). That is if you don't already have some one in mind to do them.
