Guess Who's On The Move...

Yep that's right our little Bella.  

Bella turned one on a Saturday that following Wednesday she decided that it was high time she start walking.  Sometimes it still shocks me to see her walking around the house.  I LOVE watching her though.  I think it's one of the cutest things in the world to watch her take those little wobbly steps.

Another thing that Bella decided to do was give up her bottle.  I swear she turned one, and it's like she's my little girl not my baby any more.  I was a little nervous to go through the process of stopping the bottle, because I have heard so many horror stories of what a pain in the butt it can be.  Bella was taking four to five bottles in a 24 hour period.  The first day I decided to try and not give her a bottle during the day.  I gave her a bottle before she went to be, and another one during the night.  The next day I didn't give her any bottles during the day again.  I went back and forth about giving her one before she went to bed.  I decided to try and not give her one before she went to bed.  I guessed the worst thing that could happen would be she would wake up during the night.  She didn't wake up at all, and I haven't given her a bottle since.  I'm not sure if I should have done it cold turkey like that, but I guess it worked.  Maybe because we had to work so hard for our kids Heavenly Father is saying ok guys here are two of the most perfect kids in the world.  

She is so proud of herself, and so are we.

I don't think Logan is as excited for Bella to be walking.  Maybe he knows that Bella is getting closer and closer to being able to keep up with him.
