We were running late this morning for church, so Logan had to hurry and give his gift to daddy. We thought it might be a good gift idea to give him a tie, especially since Jeff had to throw away the 'through up' tie a couple of weeks ago. If you didn't catch that story you can read it here.

After church we snapped a couple of quick pictures with the kids and their amazing daddy.

We then made daddy open up his other gift, which was a new grill.
We needed him to open it so we could cook his special Father's Day dinner. On the menu: steak, lobster, honey glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, homemade french bread, and for dessert
homemade cheesecake. Personally I like my cheesecake with all kinds of yummy fruit and toppings (I have an amazing recipe for a blueberry cheesecake with an almond crust. It's to die for!) but Jeff likes his nice and plain. Of course I had to dress it up a little.
We hope you had a great Father's Day, daddy. We love you lots and lots!!!

What a dinner!! You are quite the chef. And that "Dad" in chocolate is amazing!! I'm so impressed, I would've never thought of doing that! Awesome job and great pictures of the kids with Jeff!

OH my word. Okay now I'm glad I didn't call you guys over to eat the ultra-lame quote-unquote "CAKE" I made for Father's Day. That thing was AMAZING! You are so talented & creative. Sorry I'm so behind reading your blog.
